Symptoms
Menopause and perimenopause symptoms can affect women in many different ways, and at many different stages in their lives. As such it is really important that women can access support that is individualised to their particular circumstances.
This clinic offers the chance for you spend dedicated time talking through all of your concerns and symptoms relating to the menopause or perimenopause. A personalised care plan will be developed and agreed with you, focusing on your specific issues, and then appropriate follow up arranged as required.

Menopause : First Appointment (50 Mins): £ 250 (Video consultation only)
A full assessment of your medical history and lifestyle, with a more detailed discussion of your specific symptoms. A treatment plan will be developed and agreed with you. You will be provided with a summary letter of the consultation and, if required, a prescription will be issued.
Note there are additional costs for medication
PLEASE NOTE: IN ORDER FOR HRT TO BE PRESCRIBED YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE AN UP TO DATE HEIGHT, WEIGHT AND BLOOD PRESSURE READING. -
Follow Up Consultation (30 Mins) £ 150 (Video consultation only)
Your personalised care plan will be reviewed with an assessment of how well any recommended treatment is working. A report of the consultation will be provided which can be sent on to your GP. Follow-up appointments are usually done at 3 months and then annually. However, you can book extra follow-up appointments at any time. Existing patients only.
Note there are additional costs for medication -
Testosterone Only Consultation (30 Mins) £ 175 (video consultation only)
Available if you are already on established HRT and wish to discuss testosterone supplementation. This appointment requires prior blood tests. Please email before booking to find out requirements.

Testosterone-Only Follow Up Consultation (15 Mins) £ 110 (Video consultation only)
Your testosterone treatment and blood test result will be reviewed. A report of the consultation will be provided which can be sent on to your GP. Follow-up appointments are usually done at 3 months and then annually, with blood tests required at these intervals. However, you can book extra follow-up appointments at any time. Existing patients being prescribed testosterone only. Standard follow up is required if also being prescribed HRT.
A repeat blood test is required for this consultation.

Short Query Follow-up consultation (15 Mins) £ 85 (Video consultation only)
An opportunity to follow up on previous consultations, to ask any questions you may have. This does not include a report or prescription. Existing patients only.

Payments are made online at the time of booking.
Refunds will only be available if a cancellation is generated by Cambridge Women’s Health. Although we will do our best to honour all appointments made, Cambridge Women’s Health reserves the right to cancel appointments at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
If there is a reason you cannot attend your appointment, please contact us and you will be offered one alternative appointment time within 6 weeks of your booking. Any cancellation requests must be made with at least 48 hours notice of the original booking. Cancellation requests after this time will not be offered any alternative appointment and will be charged the full appointment fee.
